About Sandy Springs
- Originally the Sandy Springs area was an unincorporated part of Fulton County. In 2005 it was officially incorporated as a city.
- Based on the 2020 U.S. Census, Sandy Springs has a population slightly more than 108,000 residents. This made it the seventh largest city in the state of Georgia.
